BridgeMont DM Grain Dump Module

The Avery Weigh-Tronix DM Grain Dump Module is designed for use with standard BridgeMont series Steel and Concrete deck truck scales. One or two Grain Dump Modules may be combined with standard BridgeMont modules to create a complete truck scale with bottom grain dump capability. If two dump modules are positioned next to each other, the space between the dump areas is 33.6”. Constructed of heavy steel tubing frame, checkered steel deck plate, and removable grain slats, these modules come standard with stainless steel sheathed cable. The stainless cable option must be added for BridgeMont sections. Each grain dump module includes attachments for a dust controlling grain barrier. Each module comes factory assembled. Weigh Bars, junction boxes, and cables are factory calibrated. The 10′ wide Grain Dump Module has an actual width of 9’ 10½” to fit existing pit openings. Overall length of scale system will vary, depending on modules selected. See the table above. The Grain dump module has a concentrated load capacity (CLC) and dual tandem axle capacity (DTA) of 90,000 lb (45,000kg). The “r” factor rating is 2.65 for all sizes.
